We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, that's why, if you're not happy with it for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a refund or replacement. Returns:

If you need to return an item for any reason, be it that it's not the right part or you've changed your mind about keeping it, please return it in its original condition along with proof of purchase, and we will process an exchange or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. All items must be in their original packaging and unused. We are unable to accept returns for products that are not in their original packaging or have been damaged by the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Item(s):

We take great care in packaging your items, but in the unlikely event that the order is damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours) and we will do our best to rectify the situation ASAP.

Warranty:

Our 3D printers come with a 1-year warranty. If a problem occurs within the first 30 days that cannot be easily fixed, we will collect and replace the hardware. For the rest of the warranty period, we will provide parts for you to install yourself or you can obtain an RMA number and send the printer back to us for repair or replacement at our discretion. We also offer service repairs for your printer, with warranty parts being free. Labour is charged at £39.99 per hour. Any hardware that has been physically modified or has non-standard firmware will void the warranty offered by PrinterMods.

Filaments:

As a customer, you have the freedom to purchase filaments from wherever you choose, however, any issues related to extrusion, blocked nozzles, stepping, poor layer adhesion, etc. on any printers will not be covered under warranty or support.

Refunds:

Upon receipt and inspection of your return within 30 days of purchase, we will send you an email notification. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, which typically takes 2-3 working days.

Exchanges:

We do not offer replacements for items that have been damaged by the customer or if they are not returned in their original packaging.

Shipping:

To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain an RMA number and instructions on where to send your product. Please note, you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable and if a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount. Delivery times for exchanged items may vary based on location. For items valued over £50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
