Our goal is to process, package and ship your order on the same day it was placed. Orders received after 4pm will be shipped the next business day (Monday - Friday). Orders placed on weekends will be sent on the following Monday.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. PrinterMods UK Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email / SMS notification from us along with a tracking number (if applicable) which you can use to check its status. Please allow 12-24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@printermods.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@printermods.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. See our return and refund policy for more info.

Brexit / EU Changes

As of January 2021 the UK is no longer part of the EU (due to Brexit). This means that deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to local tax and/or customs import duty (depending on what country you are in).

Our store prices include UK VAT at 20%, however if you are shopping with us from outside the UK, these VAT charges are removed during the checkout process (after you confirm your delivery address).

While every effort is made by us & our couriers to achieve the delivery times stated, we cannot guarantee this in every instance. We rely upon the services of a range of reputable couriers. There may be a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to. Though this happens rarely, from time to time it does occur, and we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.
