Warranty

Our 3D printers come with a 1-year warranty. If a problem occurs within the first 30 days that cannot be easily fixed, we will collect and replace the hardware.

For the rest of the warranty period, we will provide parts for you to install yourself or you can obtain an RMA number and send the printer back to us for repair or replacement at our discretion.

We also offer service repairs for your printer, with warranty parts being free. Labour is charged at £39.99 per hour. Any hardware that has been physically modified or has non-standard firmware will void the warranty offered by PrinterMods.
